The boot fits perfect right from the start.
no breaking in. it's a great cross between and
walking/hiking/light running shoe. it is simply a do
everything shoe because it is so comfortable and it has
pretty good support that you could be up wearing this shoe
for many hours of the day. it looks good on it is not a
bulking shoe. you can do a lot of things in this shoe
whether it is warm or cold weather. it is easy to clean if
soiled. I have four pair what else can I say but thanks I
love them.
I was having such a terrible time with my feet. I decided to
try Merrells because my son recommended them. I am so glad I
did. Not only did I NOT have to break them in but my feet
have not hurt at all since I started wearing them. I now
wear them everyday and plan on purchasing dress shoes in the
future only from them. Thank you for such wonderful relief.
I needed a good walking shoe and this fits my needs
perfectly. I did not have to break these shoes in. The only
drawback is the laces. I have a hard time keeping them tied
and tight, other than that, I really like the shoes.
I really like these shoes but I gave them 4 stars because
they aren't very cushioned and my feet get tired after
wearing them a long time. Based on other reviews, I ordered
a half size larger than my normal shoe size, just as I do
with athletic shoes, and they fit well.
Merrell was the visionary when they designed these shoes. I
believe some tweaks have been made since introducing the
style. Very good for dry climates. Very comfortable,
supportive ,not squishy like some other big name makers.
Appealing color combination. Take notice, these don't have
the orthopedic inserts and they are not water proof they are
an older model.
My Grandmother loves these shoes. She walks at least 5 miles
a day 5 days a week. I buy her shoes every 6 months due to
wear and tear and she says these are the best ones I every
bought her. Now I'm no slouch I buy her the best available
at the time. So I guess I will be sticking to this brand.

with the Aegis antimicrobial solution. This lining keeps the
feet happy, healthy and cozy by wicking away the moisture
and maintaining the warm environment. The footbed has been
made from the EVA and it is properly cushioned. This footbed
provides stunning comfort to your feet for smooth ride. To
enhance the comfort level the footbed also has the Air
Cushion system in the heel which also provides shocks
absorption and stability. The midsole has been made from the
QForm EVA which is designed particularly for the women to
keep their feet as comfortable as possible. The outsole is
made from the rubber which offers magnificent traction on
the wet and dry surfaces. The heel is 1 inch high with ½
inches high platform. The shaft is 8 ½ inches high with 13
inches of circumference. It weighs 1 pound and 7 ounces. You
